Have your Makati Health Certificate medical test done here at OAMCP Medical Clinic, an accredited health facility and clinic by the Makati City Hall.
Please bring any Valid ID during your medical examination. Our clinic will take care of the uploading of results to Makati City Hall in preparation for the issuance of the certificate.
Package rates for the ff:
For non food handling category:
Xray plus uploading fee - Php 550.00
For food handler category:
Chest Xray, fecalysis & uploading fee- Php 750.00
Others: above mentioned tests plus VDRL and Drug Testing and uploading fee
With VDRL- plus Php 470.00
With Drug test- plus Php 300.00
